You'll never guess what happend to me?
OK, so I was all exited to be put on the same Minor baseball team this season. But the person in charge of placeing kids on the teams and the League said I was put in Majors because I was too big for Minors. I am age eligible for Minors, but due to my size, the president of the "Achorage West Little League" was affaid that little seven or eight year olds would get seriously injured. This bumms me out because all my friends are on the Minors. Even Noah, my best friend, was on the Minors team I would have been on. But guess what? He is 11 years old too. But the crazy thing is- he is a whole head and a half taller then me. He is now in Majors too, but I don't think he is on the same team as I am. so thats the Major problem.
Grace Mercy Peace & Joy to you Dane!!!
ReplyDeleteI am impressed with your writing skills. Maybe I will have you write my 30 page paper. :) Only kidding. One of my religious brothers here who had been a teacher for 30 years was very impressed with your writing.
Keep up the good work and blessing to you in your "Major problem".
Let all your siblings know that you all are in my prayers and thoughts.
Again, keep up the good work. I am so proud of you.
I'm sorry to hear that you won't be on the same team as your friends Dane!
ReplyDeleteI do hope that you will have fun playing ball, anyhow and this might be a great chance to meet some new friends!! I have enjoyed reading your blog...
Aunt Jami
hi Dane,
ReplyDeleteThat is a big problem you have there. I still don't like doing things when my friends aren't there. However, you might be surprised. There is a good chance you may make new friends on your new team.
(lol I just read what aunt jami wrote. we said the same thing :).
Well keep up the good writing and post often.
love
auntie phil
Okay, I may have figured this out a little. Auntie Tasha and Uncle Pat Miss you lots and we are very proud of your writing skills also. Kids are doing good and Steven ,misses you guys. He is not much of a computerperson, but I am still trying to get him to get on here. We love you and pray for you and your family everyday. What a beauiful family it is. Love you lots. Auntie Tasha
ReplyDeleteDane I think this is a great thing even though it seems like a problem at this time. Playing with older kids will only make you an even better player. You'll find yourself keeping up with the older kids and years down the road, it will be you to make the varsity team!! Sorry you have to miss your friends though. That's a bummer, but I'm sure with time you'll like your new friends just as much as the rest. Have a great day!! Go kick some T-ball Butt!! :)
