Broth

Hello readers,

Now if you are interested in this diet,the first thing you need to know is never ever throw away your meat bones, I mean it. The bones make good broth and broth is very important in the GAPS diet. A good way to preserve the meat bones is put them in a "zip lock" bag then into the freezer they go. It helps heal your stomach (gut) so that you can live better and cure yourself of any abnormal gut problems. Did you know that this diet also helps your TEETH. Well I'll talk about more things later.
