Broth

Hello readers,

Now if you are interested in this diet,the first thing you need to know is never ever throw away your meat bones, I mean it. The bones make good broth and broth is very important in the GAPS diet. A good way to preserve the meat bones is put them in a "zip lock" bag then into the freezer they go. It helps heal your stomach (gut) so that you can live better and cure yourself of any abnormal gut problems. Did you know that this diet also helps your TEETH. Well I'll talk about more things later.

Nutrition 101

Hello readers,

I am sorry for not saying anything for a long while but I finally fixed the problem. I have come to a new chapter in my life, and I will tell you about it here. It is NUTRITION 101. My mom has done some studying and found a way to cure yourself of : Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, A.D.D, A.D.H.D, Depression, and Schizophrenia. She purchased a book written by a lady Named Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD, MMEDSci(neurology), M MED(Nutrition). She is the lady who invented the Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) diet. This is a diet that cures the things I listed. All you have to do is change the way you "EAT".

Despicable Me

The family and I got the movie "Despicable Me" for Christmas. The family and I loved it. The highlight of the for the family was the part were Agnes says "its so fluffy i'm gonna die" and " its so fluffy!!". If you haven't seen you need to.

Christmas

Hi there,

Christmas was a blast. My uncle, John came to spend Christmas with us which was awesome. I woke up at 5:45 that mourning. I got two presents but they were the greatest. One, was a thing called a ripstik you probably heard of them. They are skateboards with two wheels. What you do to make it go is you have to wiggle it. The faster you wiggle the faster it goes. I always wanted one and I finally got it, its the best. Second, I got a "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" book I have all the books now. But the REAL gift was what I have wanted for years and has finally arrived. This is the Wickedest gift to ever be unwrapped by this family. It was a "Nintendo Wii". Well I have to go.

milk free, wheat free, and sugar free

Oh man,

I am very sorry for not blogging for a while. I bet you will not guess what happened to the family and I. My mom took away all the food we usually eat. Its called the GF,CF (glutton free, casian free) diet. It all started when my mom took my brother Caleb to see a doctor that found out what you are allergic to. The results came back about two weeks later. He was highly allergic to cow's milk, wheat, and high fructose corn syrup, and other sugars. So my mom took away pizza, hot dogs, and other foods that have wheat,dairy,and high fructose corn syrup. And another thing the doctor said that we need to cut our sugar by 90% that really sucks. The diet started the day after Christmas so we were able to have candy and food on Christmas.
